The location is magnificent, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the hotel is quiet. Exceptionally comfortable bed, impressive room that has a reasonably spacious bathroom. Thank you, so we would love to come back.
The hotel was relaxing, the room was huge, the beds were lovely. Affable staff, tasty breakfast with a wide range of food. Easy check out. This was a fantastic location short walk to the Biltmore and the mountains, very quiet and restaurants. There was café Argo Tea, that I found within 25 minutes' walk of the property.
The hotel was absolutely fantastic, the staff were exceptional. Absolutely perfect and impressive room, we had a wonderful stay. Easy check-out. There was a lovely garden. Breakfast food was appetising, loved it.
